I had to go over to the Mercure around the corner as the young woman at Reception did not understand me as I asked about an Adaptor. Thankfully Bryan and another man was there and they gave me an Adapter. I also asked about heat and Reception transferred me to Bryan who explained the government’s policy. The cleaning woman threw out my two small plastic glasses which were on the desk, NOT on the floor with your glass bottles. I am very precise, very neat and NO other maid or my Stateroom Attendants or Butlers has ever done this. I called Reception, transferred to Bryan who checked then called back to tell me to go to the Bar for two small bottle replacements. My last day I happened to walk by your third establishment, Prestige, David was there, I mentioned Bryan and the Adaptor and he had seen that I returned it that morning.

Overall the reception staff were miserable, I had a party of four given one free drink, in the most unwelcoming bar

Not the best . Lift broken _ safe got locked up had to wait until 9 am next morning before someone could attend to I it grand buffet was good and cheap . Spend 2 nights but only got 1 got credited to my reward program

Vacationing with family. Good location. We were pleased with the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Near the gym you can relax on a lounger under the sun. Good breakfast, varied range of dishes, we were pleased with the choice. Good service, I would like to thank Bryan NOGUEIRA, one of the responsible of reception from Prestigi Hotels. Difficulties that arose were resolved very quickly and in the best possible way. I recommend this hotel! We will definitely come back here again!!!

Generally fine, but no welcome drink. The bathroom needs an update, it was clean but really old.
