The receptionist could smile a little more to feel us more welcome! Romans are well equipped, clean and quiet. The Spa area is very nice. Breakfast offers all you need!

The hotel was fine. The front desk worker Sofia was great! She was so helpful and knowledgeable! the spa was crowded and did not feel very updated. The room also did not feel as if it had been updated for the past 10/20 years. The bathtub also did not hold water properly. Overall a simple hotel with spa access and good location.

We had a very large room with a bedroom, separate sitting room with work area and bathroom. We liked having a well-stocked free minibar and a Nespresso machine. The hotel is well situated. On the negative side, there were no accessible electrical sockets in the room. The one at the work desk was underneath it which was very inconvenient and there were no sockets in the bedroom to allow for charging phones at the bedside. We used the spa which would have been brilliant if it wasn't absolutely packed with families.
